Fees not covered by the tours  ①Bank money transfer charges:If using bank transfer, the customer must pay the transfer fee.
Payments may also be made via Pay Pal. A 5% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.
②Incidental touring expenses:The customer is responsible for paying highway tolls, gasoline and entry fees at tourist sites.

Tour booking Method Tours may be booked using an application form, e-mail or telephone.
Minimum number of participants  Group size can be anything from 2 bikes upwards.
Application fee  Client must complete an application form and submit payment with the application fee as stated by FRJ.
When the client pays the amount for the travel fare, the application fee is added as a part of that amount.
Contract Finalization The contract will be finalized after the monies have been received and the application form is complete. Changes made to the reservation after the contract has been finalized will be subject to our company’s standard fees.
Product delivery  A voucher will be e-mailed to the customer within 2 days following confirmation of payment.
Payment method  Please send the money to our company’s bank account by the required date. Pay Pal may also be used.
A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.
Return Items  When canceling or changing tickets after they have been issued, please return them to our company as soon as possible. Postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. If refunds are due, they will be paid after the return is confirmed. Bank wire transfer charges will be paid by the customer.

A cancellation fee will be charged after 20 days before the tour date.
A cancellation fee is based on the relevant organization’s policy.
A cancellation fee for the Guide might occur.

※When a reservation is made, the various charges for changes and/or cancellation will be sent via e-mail.
※If the customer fails to pay by the first day of the tour, the tour is cancelled and the above conditions apply.

Special mention  Items not covered above will be handled by our company’s travel business agreement.
