Miura Peninsula is just 1 hour ride from Tokyo and is mostly known for its Maguro tuna and Jogashima island.
We can see the beautiful view of Mt.Fuji from there. It’s splendid!

Lake Saiko
Do you think to take a super view photo with Mt.Fuji and your motorbike?
I recommend this spot. Here is Lake Saiko next to lake Kawaguchi.
Everyone knows Lake Kawaguchi is the famous spot for sightseeing near Tokyo.
But Lake Saiko is a kind of secret place not the tour buses visit.
There are many good restaurants for lunch,too.
How about to stop by Lake Saiko and have good memories of Japan.

Fantastic weekend riding into the mountains to see the “snow walls”. Perfect timing…..still enough snow but warm enough to not need any cold weather riding gear! Yukiko knows how to set up a tour! Great route, great food, and a fantastic Hotel/Onsen to spend the night at!
Snow walls and Onsen – 2 days touring
We went for touring to Shiga-Kogen in Nagano prefecture to see the fantastic snow walls.
Shiga-Kogen is famous for one of the Japan’s largest ski areas.
We enjoyed riding along the beautiful mountain areas and fantastic snow walls,
