Itinerary
Day 1:Tokyo to Katsunyma(Yamanashi prefecture)/130km
Travel up the mountain through Fuefukigawa Fruit Park to “hottarakashi onsen”.The Japanese word, “hottarakashi” means “leave something alone to its own devices.” The onsen is named as such because the hot spring is said to have welled up on its own when the townspeople dug a hole in the ground.Looking out from the open-air onsen. If it’s clear day you can see the valley of Kofu and tall Mt. Fuji reaching up to the sky.The experience is sure to refresh your body and soul.
After your dip in the onsen, leave your bike at the lodge and head to the town of Katsunuma to visit its many wineries.
About 20,000 bottles and roughly 200 brands of wine line the storehouse located underground below Wine Hill.

Day 2/ Katsunuma to Tokyo/170km
After a day at the winery, travel through the tunnel to Misakatoge.
Stop at “Tenka Tea House” for a cup of Japanese tea. Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji are a “must see” here.
Head home with a fresh breeze off Lake Kawaguchi.
